Who we are
Studio Intangible is a one-person consultancy run by Malou Dongelmans, PhD. The services covered by these terms include the Visual Content Audit (automated scoring and PDF report), the Pulse Check, the Full Audit, the Audit + Prototype engagement, and distribution of the book The Visual Content Audit.
Using this site
You can read, share, and quote this website freely with a credit back. You cannot scrape it for AI training, resell the content, or present it as your own work.
Paid services
- Payment: via Stripe, in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is due when the service starts.
- Deliverables and timelines: as stated on the engagement page or in your quote. Pulse Check within days. Full Audit in two to three weeks. Audit + Prototype across three weeks.
- Revisions: one round included in Full Audit and Audit + Prototype. Additional rounds are quoted separately.
- Cancellation: you can cancel before work has started for a full refund. Once work has started, fees are non-refundable, but we will deliver what is owed.
Book signup and free content
Signing up for the book gives you access to preprint chapters and updates. We will not spam you. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email.
What we promise
We use our best craft and honest judgement. We will not make claims we cannot back up, we will not dress up thin work, and we will tell you when we do not know something.
What we do not promise
No agency, consultancy, or audit can guarantee commercial outcomes. Brand perception is one variable among many. We will give you a well-reasoned view and actionable recommendations. Implementing them is your call.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
Disputes will first be handled in good faith by email. If that fails, the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Studio Intangible is registered have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last revision. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for a reasonable period.
